About: Tactically located in a high-growth suburban corridor that hasn’t yet experienced much interest in residential development, the Client looked for creative ways to bring this multifamily project to market. Although the area is experiencing tremendous commercial growth, residential development was difficult to realize financial viability. However, by using an existing design and a HUD guaranteed insured mortgage, this project was able to come to fruition. Teamwork was key and proved very successful using a collaborative approach to design vs. costs, experience in the various municipal agencies, and the HUD process.
