About: The goal of this project was a to create a collaborative environment for the general contractor client to house trade and design partners. This was achieved through a hybrid co-work model of shared common areas and flex office space. A land swap and multiple easements provided opportunity of s a small, irregularly shaped site to reduce the site improvement costs and increased buildable area. The architectural solution resulted in a coherent and prominent building along a bustling transit corridor.
