About: This townhome project was conceived as a small, livable community with a focus on providing tenets with carefully considered outdoor spaces, light-filled units, and connection to nearby transit. The design vernacular was intended to be complementary to the surrounding neighborhood, while also adding a refreshed energy to the area under revitalization. Interlocking units with large community courtyard spaces created plentiful southern daylight, welcoming residents and guests with abundant landscaping and architectural seat walls.
