We are seeking a Job Captain with a minimum 3 years of experience in residential design.

Position Summary:

  • Collaborate within a team environment as both an individual and team member

  • Manage, under the supervision of the Project Manager, the production, organization, coordination, thoroughness, and accuracy of the virtual building model and all documents in the drawing set

  • Assist the Project Manager to track budget and schedule, anticipate required staff resources and organize workflow

  • Communicate and coordinate with client and consultant team

  • Participate in all phases of the design process

What We’re Looking For:

  • Effective verbal, written and graphic communication skills

  • Possess a strong knowledge of building codes, planning, and zoning principles and practices

  • Experience in residential/multi-family, sustainable, and/or affordable housing

  • Solution driven, professional approach

  • High level of interest and motivation in the creative and technical aspects of the profession

  • Experience in residential/multi-family, sustainable, and/or affordable housing

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency in: Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and MS Office/Outlook

  • Minimum of 3+ years industry experience

  • 4-year Architectural degree (or combination of required education and experience)


Compensation:

  • Based on experience – Estimated range is $52,000 - $67,000 annually
