About: Located at an urban edge transition a couple blocks north of Sloan’s Lake, this building blends naturally by addressing its neighbors in scale and stories. Half-story below-grade parking was utilized to permit a three-story building in a two-story zone. The project successfully maximized square footage by taking advantage of site and zoning allowances.
