About: This project utilized a compact urban building footprint to provide 13 townhome units in an area of much needed housing along a transit corridor. The design implemented two- and three-story units with rooftop decks that took advantage of views and created a piece of serenity within the bustling city surroundings. Individual units each feature a distinct exterior expression, building upon the unique design.
