About: The client aspired to develop a dense streetscape along a major thoroughfare and residential side street in the charming Berkeley neighborhood. Small residential units were designed to maximize density and hit an affordable price point for first time homebuyers or urban dwellers seeking an opportunity of homeownership. Open floor plans were used throughout the design, including a bedroom pass-through for easy access to a rooftop deck.
