Life-Work Balance
We offer an optional 32 hour work week with flexible scheduling to allow you to do what makes you happy. If that means not working Mondays, so be it. When you’re happy, we know you’ll bring your best to work and that matters. What’s more, Pivotal is a hybrid work environment to really allow you full flexibility in deciding how you want to bring your best.
Wellness
We found that asking employees to choose between plans A,B or C was not enough to meet their variety of healthcare needs. That’s why we let you choose any healthcare plan from any healthcare provider. Pivotal offers a generous monthly contribution to the plan of your choice.
